Please note that the beauty of this brand is the uniqueness of each seashell. Just like us, not two seashells are exactly alike. However, we do handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to request a return, please email collectingcapemay@gmail.com with the subject line “CUSTOMER RETURN.”

In your email, include clear photos of the product and a brief description of the issue or reason for your return request. I will review your submission and get back to you as soon as possible!
