Domestic Orders (U.S.)
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Standard shipping is $5.95 and typically takes between 5 to 10 business days for processing and delivery. Expedited shipping is available for $10.95, with delivery estimated between 3 to 6 business days. Please note that these timelines exclude weekends, U.S. federal holidays, and any pre-ordered items. Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment and may take up to 24 hours to update.
International Orders
At this time, we do not offer international shipping as a standard option. However, we are happy to consider special requests. If you are located outside of the U.S. and would like to place an order, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Shipping rates for international orders will then vary depending on the destination and chosen service level.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
All orders are shipped with $100 of insurance coverage. If your package is lost or damaged while in transit with the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), please contact us directly so we can assist you in filing a claim and resolving the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address and Returned Shipments
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by incorrect shipping information, but if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue a store credit once the item is received back at our studio!
Inventory and Order Fulfillment
We make every effort to ensure our inventory is accurate and up to date. In the rare case that we are unable to fulfill an item in your order, we will contact you within 48 hours and issue a full refund for the unavailable item. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
